Computer Repair Technician


Are you looking to supplement your income with an opportunity to run your own division within our company?  The branmark GROUP is currently looking for an individual with computer repair and maintenance experience to join our team.

Our business is primarily website design and development, search engine optimization, and marketing (both print and internet based) but due to our large client list, technical support and computer repair/maintenance has become must offer services.

You can work from the comfort of your own home for portable break/fix issues and you will perform other services on-site.  Some examples of services are:

·         Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with PC and laptops, network connectivity, printers and peripherals. Resolve hardware and software issues etc.

·         Virus removal

·         Data recovery and remote data backup installation and service

·         Server installs and maintenance

·         Must be able to teach basic computer skills to customer base in a professional manner

Account Executive


NEW

JOB TITLE: Sales Account Executive

 

Compensation: Salary - Full Time

Position: Sales

Travel: 25 to 50% mainly same day

 

This position is responsible for interacting with RSVP Business Systems current client abase as

well as aggressively working on locating, qualifying and selling to prospective new RSVP

Business System clients.

 

PRIMARY GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

Increase the RSVPllnfor market penetration throughout the Northeastern US, including:

·         New customer product sales

·         Sales to existing customers

·         Assist with the development and execution of marketing programs to both prospective markets and existing customers in a timely and accurate fashion document and communicate actions, status and activities.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Selling the SyteUne ERP product suite to new RSVP Business Systems manufacturing

customers. This is to include:

 

·         Identification of prospects

·         Initial and follow up communication

·         Coordination of demonstrations

·         Primary contact throughout the sales cycle

·         Selling additional SyteUne ERP suite products to existing RSVP clients

·         Working closely with RSVP Business Development/marketing to assist in the development and execution of plans to identify, track and close new business

·         Working closely with RSVP's Professional Services to maximize services revenue and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (as measured by referencable customers)

·         Interact with RSVP management as well as Inform personnel to update and report on sales and sales opportunities

·         Maintain accurate information in RSVP's CRM system

 

Provide regular, well written reports including but not limited to:

 

·         Customer proposals

·         Monthly status reports

·         General business correspondence

·         Assist will all other tasks as assigned by management.

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability

required.

 

EDUCATION andlor EXPERIENCE:

4 year college degree with 5 years of relevant sales/marketing experience. Alternatively, a 2 year

degree with additional relevant practical experience required. Must be familiar with a variety of

sales, marketing and customer service concepts, practices and procedures and have the ability to

implement plans in a fast paced environment. Experience with the sales of ERP systems is a

must; experience and knowledge of SyteLine ERP systems a plus.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Specific experience with

and/or knowledge of Microsoft CRM and/or MRP/ERP (SyteUne) systems required. SyteUne

preferred.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

This position requires frequent verbal and written communication with current customers and

prospects. Ability to speak English is required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as

customer correspondence, Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak

effectively before groups of customers or employees.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, calculate figures and amounts such as proportions

and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

 

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or

diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving abstract variables in standardized and nonstandard

situations in a timely fashion.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
